Whats your process?

Do you ever feel like there are so many things in life that you want to experience and accomplish but you don’t know how you will get there? If you feel this way then I have something to tell you. You can achieve anything you put your mind to but it comes with a cost. Are you willing to pay the cost?

The most valuable commodity in this life we lead is time. How are you spending your time? When asking yourself this type of question it is important to examine examples of those “trail blazers” in life who have reached the highest heights in their profession and what they did to accomplish their dreams. A lot of times you will find that they spent countless hours perfecting their craft. Hard work is very important but it goes even deeper than that. The mystery of the difference between the way these “trail blazers” think and the little sparks of fleeting genius that occur in the average persons mind is simple to solve. The “trail blazers” fall in love with the process while others want instant gratification.

Put your mind to your process. What is it about your passion that makes it so enjoyable for you? Many people find that engaging in their passion enables them to tune out some of the negative things that occur outside of their realm of control. What is your process? Is it cooking? Is it exercising? What one thing do you do well? What process leaves you with a sense of accomplish at it’s completion. Something that is uniquely your creation that nobody can take away from you..

You see, we all are born with an immense amount of untapped potential inside of us waiting to be realized. These are our dreams and we have all the tools to complete the process in accomplishing them. The problem is that we are too often distracted by events and images outside of our own selves . Interruptions of thought brought on by exterior entities. We are shown images of a man/woman who has a bikini body drinking a light beer sitting at the edge of the pool and think it can happen for us too. We don’t stop to realize that most people have to go to the gym 5 days a week to look like him/her. Time. Most people have to work 60 hours a week to be able to afford a vacation at a resort like the one he/she is at. Time. The bottom line is these designer distractions are geared to sell us ideas that are not going to help us accomplish our personal goals but instead lead us down a path of wasted potential and TIME.

What is the remedy you may ask? The remedy is this… Re focus on your process. That is where your time is most wisely spent. Look within yourself for answers and you will never go without. Guard your mind from outside influences that portray the fantasy of instant gratification. It’s not real. You need the process. You must understand that the only results that are real are the results that originate from the actions that you take every single day and that are aligned with universal principles like hard work. There is a process that you must complete in order to achieve every result. Fall in love with your process and you will find a sense of accomplishment and achievement that you never knew existed. I got your back!

Again I ask,WHAT is your process?
